Jaana Partanen and Heikki Lamusuo are a succesful entrepreneur couple from Kuopio, Finland. They have run their own architecture, art and design company Partanen & Lamusuo Ltd. since 2009.

They have worked with several different types of projects from cinema design to public art works, hospital design, private houses and so on. This creative team also designed the manuscript and visual appearance for the Finland Pavilion in Shanghai EXPO 2010. Pavilion was visited by 5,7 million visitors.

They also have their own furniture brand, Palad, that has started its journey to international markets. The brand wants to leave Emphatic Footprint on the world. They create more sustainable spaces, experiences and environments. Oases that bring people together and invite everyone in. The design is based on to an ethically and ecologically sustainable mode, local manufacturing, for the utilization and maintainability of renewable materials.
