Every Thursday SaagaMaria Yoga holds a flow yoga class at Palad Showroom in Kuopio, Finland.
Everyone is welcome to come and give it a go. The atmosphere is supportive and will make you feel safe to focused on your own practice and yoga journey. The style is flowy, soft and it has some spices from dance, Taiji and Chi Kung practices.
