Flow Yoga with SaagaMaria in Kuopio
Join us for a rejuvenating Flow Yoga class. Next Sunday Flow Yoga will be held on the 13th of April from 17.00 to 18.10 at the stunning Palad Showroom in Kuopio, Finland.
This class welcomes everyone, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner. Our supportive and warm atmosphere allows you to focus on your practice and personal yoga journey at your own pace. The style is soft, flowing, and deeply intuitive, enriched with influences from dance, Pilates, Taiji, and Chi Kung, creating a beautifully holistic movement experience.

After the flow yoga, you have a chance to stay and join our calming Candlelit Yin Yoga class that begins at 18.30.
You can either purchase the class online beforehand or pay after the class with a card or cash. We also offer a payment link option.
